Who we are

Information you choose to give us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email and country, and optionally your travel interests, dates, budget, travel party and a message. Approximate children's ages help us discuss activity age limits; please don't include children's full names or dates of birth at this stage.
Please don't send passport scans, card details, medical records or other sensitive documents through the enquiry form. If we need specific information for a later service, we'll explain why and how to provide it safely. Only share another person's information if you're allowed to.
How the enquiry form works
When you press Send, your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox through Formspree, a form-handling service. We use it to reply, discuss your plans and keep relevant correspondence. Sending an enquiry doesn't sign you up to marketing unless you tick the newsletter box.
Free guide and email updates
When you request our free guide or join our 2027 interest list, your email address (and first name, if given) is handled by MailerLite, our email provider, to send you the guide and updates about the safari. Every email includes a free, simple unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to withdraw. We'll stop within five working days and may keep a minimal record so we don't add you again by mistake.
Service providers and overseas handling
This website is hosted on a third-party hosting service. Enquiries are delivered by Formspree, email lists are managed by MailerLite and our mailbox is provided by an email provider. These providers may process data using infrastructure outside Australia, under their own privacy and security arrangements.
At the enquiry stage we don't send your details to lodges or other suppliers. If a service you ask for requires sharing information with an overseas lodge, transport provider or operator, we'll tell you who, why and where before sharing, unless the law requires or permits otherwise. We never sell enquiry details or mailing lists.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site. We haven't installed analytics or advertising tracking. If we add them, we'll update this notice first and add any consent controls required.
External links, including Instagram, take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keeping, accessing and correcting your information
We keep enquiry correspondence while reasonably needed to respond, provide an agreed service, resolve issues or meet record-keeping obligations. Contact us to access, correct or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity and may have to keep some information where the law requires.
We'll consider any privacy concern and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. If you're not satisfied, you can contact an appropriate privacy regulator. This notice doesn't remove any rights you have under privacy laws.
Online communication can't be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us before sharing anything sensitive. We'll review this notice as our services change.
