What this website offers
We share travel inspiration and invite enquiries about safari planning and our hosted journeys. This website doesn't take bookings, deposits or payments. Sample routes, photos and descriptions show possible experiences; they don't confirm availability, inclusions, a departure date or a particular supplier.
Sending an enquiry or joining an interest list doesn't reserve accommodation, transport or activities, and doesn't create a paid planning or booking contract.
Before any paid service or booking
Any paid service needs a separate written agreement setting out what we'll do, the price and currency, any taxes, payment arrangements and cancellation and refund terms. You'll receive it before you accept or pay.
Our role will be stated for each service, for example itinerary planning, arranging services as an intermediary, or organising a hosted journey. Where third-party suppliers are involved, the supplier and their terms will be identified before you commit.
Hosted journeys are subject to confirmed arrangements, suitable operators, permissions and insurance. No departure is offered for acceptance through this website.
Travel information and changing conditions
Our guides and sample routes are general information, not personal medical, immigration, legal or insurance advice. Requirements and conditions change. Check current official guidance for your passport, health, route and circumstances.
Wildlife sightings, weather, water levels, road access and specific activities can't be guaranteed. Read our travel information before you plan.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
